Our technical team is permanently monitoring your webcast. It is unlikely that our team didn't notice this problem. Furthermore we usually play some music to allow you to perform sound check before the webcast.
If you are not able to get any sound please check the following steps:
- Is your computer usually able to play sound? If it's the first time you try please make sure that a audio output is available on your computer. Ask your organization IT support to get this information.
- Check that your system audio output is not muted by clicking on the loudspeaker icon
- Check that the media player displayed on the webcast web page isn't muted by clicking on the loudspeaker icon
